1. Scope of Application

These terms and conditions apply to all casino-themed entertainment events produced by Nordic Crown Casino Events Ltd (the "provider"), the use of our website, and event bookings.

By making a booking or participating in our events, the client accepts these terms on behalf of themselves and all invited guests.

2. Service Character – Entertainment Only, No Gambling

Nordic Crown Casino Events Ltd organizes entertainment, casino-themed social events played exclusively with fictional play chips. Play chips have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash, monetary value, or real prizes under any circumstances.

Our events do not constitute gambling or lottery operations under the Australian state-based interactive gaming regulations and are not subject to gambling regulations.

3. Age Limit 18+

All events are intended solely for participants aged 18 or older. The client is responsible for ensuring all attending guests are of legal age.
